Dr. Dylan Reach

Choosing an eye doctor is one of the most important decisions you'll ever make. You need an eye doctor who is experienced and has in-depth, specialized training in many areas.

Dr. Reach has completed specialized training in ocular disease, computer vision, pediatric vision, specialty contact lenses, LASIK, visually related learning difficulties, and vision therapy.

Services include: eye emergency care, advanced dry eye and allergy treatment, diabetes and glaucoma exams, LASIK, specialized testing and treatment of computer vision syndrome, testing and treatment for visually related learning difficulties, and complete contact lens care- including keratoconus lenses, toric contacts, gas permeable, bifocal contacts, and all types of soft contact lenses.

Dr. Reach is a cum laude graduate of Southern College Of Optometry and is a member of the American Optometric Association, College of Optomtrists in Vision Development, International Academy of Sports Vision, and Georgia Optometric Association.

Dr. Julie Poteet

Dr. Poteet received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and her Doctorate from the New England College of Optometry where she was elected to the Beta Sigma National Optometric Honor Society. She completed internships in pediatric vision care, contact lenses, primary eye care, and ocular disease. During her training in Boston, Dr. Poteet served as a volunteer providing eye care in the New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans. Upon graduation, Dr. Poteet completed a post-doctoral residency in ocular disease and primary care with the Department of Veteran's Affairs in Boston. This specialized residency was associated with Harvard's ophthalmology program and instruction was received in glaucoma, diabetic eye care, and geriatrics. Dr. Poteet's special interests include nutrition and eye health and she is a member of the Optometric Nutrition Society. She also has a special interest in autism research. Dr. Poteet lives in Acworth with her husband and two boys. Her family attends The First United Methodist Church in Marietta and she is proud to serve on the Board of Trustees at The Walker School. She is an avid reader and loves to travel with her family.
